CLINICAL AROMATHERAPY

COURSE FEE:
$125.00 per module plus $40.00 per module for essentials oils.

COURSE LENGTH:
6 individual course modules usually held on specifically scheduled Saturdays throughout the year from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is an six module course to learn the basic concepts of clinical aromatherapy. This course introduces the student to the various uses of esstential oils, the scientific principles of essential oils and the administration. Particular attention is paid to the safe application of essential oils with a focus on the proper choice of essential oils for various conditions, for example cancer, menopause, and stress management. Professional and ethical issues surrounding the choice of essential oils and their application will also be addressed. At the completion of this course, the student will be prepared to take the national examination for register aromatherapists. CEUs and certificate of completion will be given. This course is an excellent course for any involved in the healing arts. Specific essential oils will be covered in each module, these oils will be available for purchase in class and cost approximately $40 per class in addition to the course fee of $125.00 per module.
