CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
You may return all items not class related which were purchased
at Minerva Educational and Wellness Treatment Center or at www.minervaed.com
within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return
shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return
is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other
reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No
returned merchandise will be accepted without contacting the
Minerva Educational and Wellness Treatment Center for return
approval. We will credit you in the same manner as your original
payment within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
You may cancel your registration of a class at the Minerva Educational
and Wellness Treatment Center within two (2) weeks of the class
date. We will credit you in the same manner as your original
payment within seven (7) days of receiving the notice of your
cancelled registration.
A credit will be made to you if your cancellation is within
one week of the class date. Your credit can be used toward another
class or towards a product from the Minerva Educational and
Wellness Treatment Center.
Cancellation of a registered class more than seven (7) days
from the date of class is not accepted and will not be elgible
for either a full or partial refund/return or credit towards
a future class or product.
