Listen to our heart’s desire and the heartbeat of Gaia, our Earth. We will explore the stories of Minerva, goddess of wisdom, courage and civilization and her ally, Medusa, snake-headed goddess of protection and gateway to Feminine Mystery. Snakes shed their skin when change and growth are needed. Snakes move on the Earth in rhythm with its heartbeat. Minerva uses her sword of discernment to cut away what is no longer needed, leaving room for new growth. - What is your heart’s desire? - How do we tap into the wisdom of the serpent, the snake, the dragon? We will explore further together in guided meditation and movement-based body practices. Minerva’s earliest stories emerge from the ancient matrilineal Snake goddess in her more ancient origins –the snake or serpent or dragon is synonymous with rising kundalini power, the unfurling of our native energy rising through our body’s chakras or energy centers.
